We are super proud to announce that we have partnered with the amazing Cheesecake brand Pleesecakes. After hours of perfecting the recipe we now have our very own Pleesecake. Not cheesecake because it's 100% vegan.

Why not have a go at recreating this delicious NOMO X Pleesecake.


Cheesecake mix:

  • 1kg vegan cheese
  • 400g Nomo chocolate
  • 150g oat milk
  • 75g cocoa powder
  • 100g coconut sugar
  • 15g vanilla essence
  • 25g maple syrup

Biscuit Base:

  • 500g vegan digestive
  • 220g vegan butter
  • 100g coconut sugar
  • 60g cocoa powder

Caramel core:

  • 80g coconut milk
  • 2g sea salt
  • 5g vanilla essence
  • 113g vegan butter
  • 200g light brown sugar

Vegan ganache:

  • 220g vegan chocolate
  • 100g coconut/soya


  1. Biscuit Base: Mix the crushed digestive, vegan butter, coconut sugar and cocoa. Press into the ring/press into the side to create. Set in the freezer.
  2. Filling: Beat vegan cheese, add sugar and cream for 2 mins.
  3. Make the ganache: Heat up the oat milk and pour over the chocolate - mix together. Add vanilla/maple syrup into the cheese mix. Finally add the the chocolate ganache.
  4. Make the vegan caramel: Brown sugar/water on the stove. Wait until it’s caramelised add the vegan butter/ coconut milk. Finally add the vanilla and salt.
  5. Pipe the cheesecake mix in the base halfway. Pour in the the cooled caramel and top up with the rest of the cheesecake until it’s flush.
  6. Decorate with vegan ganache, NOMO chocolateEnjoy!
