Caramelised Biscuit Hot Chocolate

Method

1) Break the chocolate up and place in a large metal or glass bowl over a pan of boiling water (bain-marie). Stir the chocolate until melted.

2) Using a teaspoon scoop some of the melted chocolate out and decorate the rims of the 2 mugs, then place in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set.

2) With the remaining chocolate, pour in 700ml of plant milk into the bowl and stir until the milk and chocolate are fully mixed.

4) Continue to heat the hot chocolate mixture on the bain-marie for another 3-4 mins or until warm.

5) Pour into your mugs and serve with whipped cream and decorate with a biscuit of your choice.
