Thank you for shopping with NOMO Chocolate. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once orders have been dispatched. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Opened products
  • Products that have been consumed or partially consumed
  • Orders where the customer dislikes the flavour or preference
  • Products stored incorrectly after delivery

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • melted excessively
  • defective
  • incorrect
  • unsafe to consume

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nomochoc.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial or full refund

Warm Weather & Melting Disclaimer

Chocolate is sensitive to temperature and may soften or melt during transit, particularly during warmer months.

While we take reasonable steps to package products carefully, slight softening or cosmetic changes during shipping may occur and do not necessarily qualify as damage or defect.

If your order arrives significantly damaged due to heat, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order where appropriate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
