Shipping

During Covid-19 we endeavour to make sure you get you order as quickly as possible however please allow extra time for your delivery during this unprecedented time.

Please be aware that we are currently unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Standard Shipping;

Standard shipping is £2.79 for all orders under £25 or is FREE for any order over £25

Next Day Delivery;

We offer Next Day Delivery if you place your order before 3pm. Next Day Delivery costs £4.49 or is FREE for any order over £50.

Ireland Delivery;

Shipping to Ireland is £7.99 for orders under £90 or is FREE for any order over £90.

You will receive a Order Delivery confirmation SMS or Email to update you with your delivery.

Standard Shipping;

We aim to despatch you delivery on the same day (working days), however, at peak times this may vary. Please then allow ow customer 2-3 working days for delivery.

Next Day Delivery;

If you place your order before 3pm you will receive your item the next working day. Please note if you order your item over a weekend we will despatch your order on the next working day (taking into consideration Bank holidays).

Ireland Delivery;

If your delivery address is in Ireland, we will use our standard shipping service via Royal Mail to deliver your parcel to AnPost. They will collect any Duty Tax required from you before continuing your delivery process. Once this is in the hand of AnPost unfortunately we have no direct communication and thus can only advise that you check the AnPost website for updates.

We offer shipping throughout the UK only. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands.

For orders placed by 3pm on a business day we aim to process, pack and ship your order the same day.

You will receive an email and/or text message confirmation when you place your order which contain a link for you to track your order.

Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders with Standard Shipping are shipped Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

For Next Day Delivery Orders we use a tracked service via DPD Next Day delivery. Please check your email and/or text message confirmation for links to track your order. We may also use this service if you're a big NOMO fan and are buying a lot of NOMO Choc at once.

I’ve lost my confirmation email / I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

If you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us a customer.care@kinnerton.com and we’ll be happy to help.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as shop pay, apple pay and google pay; at checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.

We use Royal Mail (Standard 2nd Class) and DPD Next Day Delivery.

Orders using Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class which is not a tracked service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Orders shipped via DPD Next Day delivery service will receive a tracking link via email and/or text.

When you place an order, you will receive an email and/or text message with a shipment tracking link, which enables you to check on your order status and track its progress.

Please check your confirmation email and/or text message for tracking links. If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 5 business days then please contact us at customer.care@kinnerton.com and we will be able to help.

We do our best to make sure your order is correct, but on occasion mistakes can be made. Please contact us at customer.care@kinnerton.com and we will be able to help correct your order.

Unfortunately, you cannot amend your order once it has been despatched. If you have a query regarding your order please contact us at customer.care@kinnerton.com and we will try our best to help you.

We hope you enjoy your NOMO chocs but if for some reason you aren’t happy please send us an email (customer.care@kinnerton.com) within 30 days and we will work to resolve your query.
