Yashodha's Chocolate Donuts

Make 12 of these incredible chocolate filled doughnuts using @yashodhas_eats delicious recipe and NOMO creamy choc. Dough'nt eat them all at once ;-) 



  • 250g bread flour
  • 60g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 75ml lukewarm water
  • 30g sugar
  • 7g yeast
  • pinch of salt

Chocolate ganache:

  • 1 bar of NOMO milk chocolate
  • 75ml double cream
  • pinch of salt


  1. Mix the dough ingredients together for 20 mins until bouncy. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
  2. Section the dough into 12 and form into balls, rest for another 15 mins.
  3. Fry on low/med heat for 5 mins, turning halfway through. Roll in sugar while still warm.
  4. For the filling; melt the chocolate and mix with the cream and salt. Spoon into a piping bag, skewer donuts and fill with chocolate mixture.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
