Cacao cookie dough protein balls

Ingredients

Ingredients
200g ground almonds (For a free-from alternative, use uncooked semolina or ground rice)
170g NOMO Dark Chocolate, cut into chunks
100ml plant-based milk
70g gluten-free oats
40g plant-based protein powder
2 heaped tablespoons cacao powder
4 tablespoons almond butter (For a free-from alternative, use sunflower seed butter)
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon agave syrup

Vegan and Allergy Friendly

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, with the plant-based milk being the final one to add
  2. Place into a baking tray overnight
  3. Shape into balls
