Cake Pops

Why choose just one flavour when you can have them all? 😉🍫 These plant-powered cake pops are the ultimate crowd-pleaser! Delicious, shareable, and totally party-ready - who’s in? 🎉✨
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups gluten-free flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 150g NOMO Coconut Bar
- 150g NOMO Caramel XL Bar
- Coconut shavings & caramel sauce for decoration
Steps:
- Bake a vanilla sponge using the ingredients above. Let cool.
- Crumble the cake and divide into two bowls.
- Mix melted NOMO Caramel bar into one half and melted NOMO Coconut bar into the other.
- Roll into balls (12 per flavour).
- Dip coconut cake pops into melted NOMO Coconut bar & coat with coconut shavings.
- Dip caramel cake pops into melted NOMO Caramel XL bar & drizzle with caramel sauce.
