Crispy NOMO Choc Banana Rolls
Ingredients:
- 4 rice paper wrappers
- 2 small bananas, sliced
- 1-2 NOMO Creamy Choc Bars, chopped
- 1 NOMO Creamy Choc Bar, melted (for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp oil
Method:
- Soften the rice paper in warm water.
- Lay the softened rice paper flat on a chopping board.
- Place a few slices of banana and a spoonful of chopped NOMO Creamy Choc down the centre.
- Fold in the sides, then roll it up tightly to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining rice paper sheets and filling.
- Lightly brush each roll with oil.
- Cook in the air fryer at 200°C for 7 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Drizzle over the melted chocolate and serve straight away.
